Elementary Guide - Lupine Montessori School

It is hard to believe that it has been just 2 years since Lupine Montessori School began. We
started with 11 students in the Children’s House and, with the addition of our elementary program, now have 46 students enrolled. The commitment of our amazing teaching team combined with the passion of our community members have made Lupine an exciting place to be. And our story continues to unfold!

As we approach our third school year, we are actively seeking guides to continue our mission of bringing authentic Montessori education through integrity, dignity and compassion to the community we serve. Lupine has always been a community driven endeavor and so, we reach out to you, our friends and colleagues. We’d like your help getting the word out about our opportunities. Please share this email with Montessori professionals you know personally and through social media. We know there are passionate educators out there just waiting for this kind of opportunity.

We are looking for someone with a deep curiosity about life, social responsibility, and a lifelong love of learning who is passionate about Montessori, nature and promoting peace through education.

Our ideal candidate has experience with upper elementary and could support our growing elementary program as we transition our small group of adolescent students into a brand new secondary program. Those with secondary experience preferred, but we are willing to train the educator who fits into our close knit team of passionate guides.

Program development is already underway with plans for a unique space, themed unit framework and off site Erdkinder work at local charities and a small working farm. Understanding the educational needs of children, as well as communicating effectively with students, parents and staff are paramount. A strong work ethic and ability to work as a team are key to the culture of our school.

Ongoing professional development, a strong support structure, experienced Montessori administrator and an amazing parent/school culture make the Lupine community an inspiring place to be!

If you’re an innovator with experience or someone who is called to a new adventure, send a CV and thoughtful cover letter and list of references to tina.davidson@lupinemontessori.org. We are eager to learn how your experiences and skills fit the qualifications for this position.
