Position Overview: Montessori Children’s Academy is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and nurturing Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a calm, respectful, and engaging environment in alignment with Montessori principles. Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers.

Implement a Montessori-inspired curriculum that promotes independence, self-discovery, and social-emotional growth.

Observe and document children's progress through authentic assessment and anecdotal records.

Maintain daily routines that include care activities, work cycles, outdoor play, and rest periods.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to support the classroom.

Model gentle, respectful, and responsive caregiving.
Qualifications:

Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group setting.

Understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet the physical demands of working with young children.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
