Part-Time Montessori Middle School Teacher

Science, Spanish, and/or History

Keystone Montessori School is seeking an engaging Montessori educator (or subject specialist aligned with Montessori philosophy) to teach middle school students in one or more of the following areas:

• Science

• Spanish

• History / Humanities

This position may range from 2–5 days per week depending on subject coverage and candidate availability.

Ideal candidates:

• Have Montessori adolescent training OR experience working with middle school /high school students in inquiry-based environments

• Bring deep content knowledge and enthusiasm

• Foster discussion, critical thinking, and student-led exploration

• Collaborate with the full-time lead guide to ensure interdisciplinary alignment

This is an excellent opportunity for a  Traditional or Montessori-trained educator seeking part-time work or a content specialist looking to teach within a Montessori framework.
