UMI Summer Institute is a weeklong professional development at The Montessori School of Englewood. In partnership with University of Chicago's Urban Teacher Education Program, Near North Montessori School, and the Shelton Training Center, UMI will provide a variety of workshops from seasoned professionals in both the Montessori and urban teaching fields.

Workshops include:
