The AIMS Regional Annual Conference
The AIMS annual conference is one of the largest gatherings of Montessorians in the country, drawing teachers and administrators from Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. For 2022, the event will be held virtually.
The conference is held over two days. Day one (Friday, February 25) is for school administrators and teacher-leaders. Vendors interested in supporting this day can become sponsors, as explained below.
Day two (Saturday, February 26) is intended for all Montessorians, and contains sessions of interest for virtually every individual working in a Montessori school.
Sponsorship Opportunities
You are invited to participate in the 2022 AIMS Conference by sponsoring this exceptional gathering of Montessori professionals.
The Association’s primary goal is to provide a network of support for Illinois Montessori Schools. As the face of American education continues to evolve, Maria Montessori’s theories become more relevant than ever.
On Friday, administrators representing public and private schools will participate in an “Admin Day,” with speakers talking about leadership in Montessori schools. The virtual conference continues on Saturday with break-out sessions on best practices for teachers and administrators of Montessori schools.
The AIMS Conference offers an opportunity for your business or organization to increase exposure to this regional network of Montessori schools.
Exhibitor Opportunities
The event includes a virtual exhibit hall. Exhibitors can post video and photos, offer discounts and downloads, and chat (video or text) with attendees.
To apply for a booth, you must fill out an application and be accepted by AIMS as an exhibitor. Solely at their discretion, the Association of Illinois Montessori Schools reserves the right to determine what vendors may exhibit.
The cost of an exhibit booth is $150. Payment in full is required, which can do done via credit card or by mailing a check within five days of submitting your registration.
You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your registration if you have been accepted.
Cancellations must be received via email or mail by January 28, 2022. A refund of 50% will be made up to that date. No refunds will be made after that date.
