Exhibitor and Sponsor Prospectus
February 24-25, 2023
The AIMS annual conference is one of the largest gatherings of Montessorians in the country, drawing teachers and administrators from Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and all over the globe.
The conference is held over two days. Day one (Friday, February 24) is for school administrators and teacher-leaders, but all are welcome.
Day two (Saturday, February 25) is intended for all Montessorians, and contains sessions of interest for virtually every individual working in a Montessori school.
The exhibit Hall will be open on Saturday only. Exhibitors can set up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
The event includes an exhibit hall as well as a virtual exhibit hall. Sponsors are welcomed to support AIMS, and receive significant exposure before, during and after the event.
To apply for a booth or as a sponsor, you must fill out an application and be accepted by AIMS. Solely at their discretion, the Association of Illinois Montessori Schools reserves the right to determine what vendors may exhibit and sponsor.
No payment is to be made with your application. You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your application if you have been accepted. Please indicate "Invoice me" when you complete your application. You will receive an invoice immediately, but do not pay it until you are notified.
Cancellations must be received via email by January 23, 2023. A refund of 50% will be made up to that date. No refunds will be made after that date.
